There are some diseases that never quickly endanger a person’s life but they can certainly ruin our chances of enjoying it. One of these is known as STRESS.rnAll of us at one time or another has felt down. There are many reasons for this feeling, but when we let this feeling compels us then we are not far under in stress. Instead of ignoring situations that cause this feeling, down, sad, panic and fear, let us cope it and move forward. Do not let the pressure build up. Let us face it, and it came not too long, it will make us free with any stress symptoms.rnFeeling stressed out? No need to worry a lot. Here is the 3 simple but effective ways to slow down and avoid from stress and enjoy life. Exercise. You may not have time to go to the gym, but you can still be physically active and increase your metabolism by using a little of creativity in planning your day. Get off from your sit or couch and go for brisk walking or running and swimming. Do some sit ups, push up or go for a bike. Whatever you like to do. Just get active and enjoy it. Choosing a friend wisely. The people we meet affect our life. The successes and downfalls that we experience can create who we are now and the bad experiences can be learnedrnfrom. So it is very important that we choose good friends who rejoice us in the praise of God and not a bad friend fills your heart with violent thoughts. Good friends are part of life for most people. Research shows that having quality relationships increases our risk of being happy, so it is good for our happiness of having a good friend and a group of close friends around us. Believe in yourself. Self-confidence allows people to effectively manage their own ambitions. If we have no doubts about how to successfully manage ourselves we are much more likely to follow the pathway of free from any stress symptoms. Believe in our self and we can achieve things we can never thought possible. Tell and convince our self “I am a great individual” and believe it, for if you don't believe it, no one else will believe in us. Let us create our own life and then go out and live and die for it.
