Air humidifier - dry air can also be a cause of sinus infection and so it is important to keep the temperature humid and maintain water vapors in the air. rn5. If your infection or sinusitis is due to dehydration, water therapy can be of best help. Make sure to consume at least 8 to 10 glasses of water per day to eliminate the infection or the sinusitis. As mentioned above, if you think your symptoms are severe and that it will not go away using these home remedies, you may check with your physician to know other ways of treating sinus infection , as it may sometimes require surgery for total elimination.
