Goals must not necessarily be modest be modest to be realizable. What determines the feasibility of a goal or otherwise is not the perceived magnitude but has to do with you and your readiness to take on that goal. You must set goals that, given your experience and belief, you can attain. To set and achieve realistic goals for yourself follow these simple steps; 1) Set a Big Realistic Goal; The goal you set shouldn’t be so small that there is no fire burning in you to actualize it. The checkpoints will depend on the time frame of the goal and can be established weekly, monthly or even bi-weekly. Goal checkpoints will also enable you carry out immediate tests on your goal to see if you’ve been meeting the minor tasks on the way to the your main goal.
