While it’s true no man should ever give up on style, once a guy reaches a certain age, he’s just gotta let go of fashions that fit into his high school or college days. Hey, maybe they were cool - back then. You did look great back in the day – attractive, handsome, fit! But a perusal of your college yearbook might reveal fashions that were only fit for back then. You did look cool but likely not dressing like the executive you are now. nnIf you are like most men, when you reach a certain age – an age that can be different for every guy – you must take an objective look at yourself and realize that, as much as you hate to admit it, your body has changed. Which means the sort of fashions you wear now need to change too. Those tight fitting jeans the girls once loved? Forget it. Don’t go there. At the same time, the slouchy, slovenly look you once found comfortable should be bagged up and burned. n nWhen you reach that certain age you gotta start paying attention to what fits correctly and compliments your current place in life. You must avoid wearing trendy clothes that make it look like you’re trying to recapture lost youth. Stick with classic looks. Dark suits or casual wear will project confidence – it can be comfortable too. nnJust because you still have that 6-pack from college (not the one in the frig) doesn’t give you license to dress like an undergrad. Even though you’re still toned and in better shape than you ever were in college, plan your fashion ensemble around where you are now, not on where you once were in life. Remember, understated is always best. nnNot sure what to do? Need fashion and style help? There are plenty of great men stores around. They can give you feedback and guidance for a custom fit just right for you!n

Each half box has three steps: a step forward or backward, a step to the side, and a step to close the feet together. The instructor was counting out
