n Approach anxiety is the fear of starting a conversation with a stranger that you find attractive. Social anxiety can be defined as any anxiety or nervous feeling that you may have in social situations. Social phobia is just an "advanced" type of social anxiety. The latter requires only a little bit more time to cure it and slightly difference approach. You need to work more on changing emotions rather than beliefs. This is because people that have social phobias usually went through a lot of years of accessing the same patterns of feelings. So the fastest way is to change your emotionsnn Only in USA, more than 15 million of people suffer from social anxiety. Also, pretty much anyone has approach anxiety. This is especially true for people that are looking to get into relationships. I think you don't know either too many people that are comfortable with the idea of striking a conversation with an attractive stranger.nn They are both caused manly by social conditioning. These are external influences that began even before you were having any control over your thinking. Social conditioning are making you feel that you need the 10th pair of shoes, that you don't deserve what ever you want in life, that you are bored with life or that you are simply depressed.nn I have a few propositions to you:n
    n
  • Instead of taking drugs(most of they give only a temporary relief anyway) why not go at the main cause of the anxiety and destroy the roots? The roots are always in your brain. You can either go and release the emotion itself or you can go and work on your beliefs one by one. Each belief will be replaced with a new empowering belief. If you work on 20 beliefs one after another you will feel after like a different person.
  • n
  • Instead of complaining, putting labels on yourself(ex: "oh poor me") or letting others put labels on yourself*("This person has social anxiety. We need to overprotect him/her.) why not get proactive about becoming emotional free? You can take each situation when you feel anxious and actively work on it from two directions. The first is by working on your internal reality and the second is by actually going there and seeing for yourself how everything really is.

n My belief is that people learn fast a lot of non sense and they are also able to unlearn fast all this non sense accumulated over the years. One of the most simple ways to unlearn it is to actually eliminate all of them one by one starting with the one that is affecting you the worst. nn Good Luck and have fun getting more emotional freedom in your life. n
