If you work on 20 beliefs one after another you will feel after like a different person. n
- Instead of complaining, putting labels on yourself(ex: "oh poor me") or letting others put labels on yourself*("This person has social anxiety. We need to overprotect him/her.) why not get proactive about becoming emotional free? You can take each situation when you feel anxious and actively work on it from two directions. The first is by working on your internal reality and the second is by actually going there and seeing for yourself how everything really is. n
