Are Guys More happy After They Divorce?

I was speaking with a acquaintance of mine the other day who was a eager ‘watcher of people' as he names it and he asked me “are guys more content after Separation? He was puzzled as I seemed content and well adjusted (currently), while he knew an extra guy who was totally down and lost his job a short time ago and he had been broken up for 2 years! He of course had seen a number of divorced females in various states and was not really certain who was better off in terms of being happy at the very least. I needed a few moments to think and said I would get back to him as this is quite a complex subject. I decided to see if there were any information and discovered a variety of scientific studies, some certified some more anecdotal, that seemed to point out that females are by and large more content emotionally. This didn't astound me though as guy do not get a huge amount of support after separation and divorce while women, for the most part, have a huge amount more communal help AND assistance from various organisations. For men though are often times left to deal with everything themselves which is a sure fire way to get bad mental health problems unless you have a huge facility for forgiving people, self respect and being able to move on. However I don’t think that it is as simple as just saying women are happier after divorce as anybody can be contented after divorce if they know how to be content and not think on on the negatives of marital breakdown. On this point, I think that guys and ladies have exactly the same opportunity. When I next met my my mate again I told him that women on average were more happy, but it did not have antyhing to do with overcoming expertise of genders. It only had to do with learning on how to deal with divorce which ladies generally got first place. Men who learn how to cope and locate the info and assistance on how to live contentedly after separation and how to achieve forgiveness and move on will be just as pleased. So can men be happy after divorce ? … they can be just as content if they decide to be. So if you are a male going through this just remember a few things. * Only YOU can make the decicion to make YOU happy. Letting other people be in charge of how happy you are is a recipe for disasterrn* Resentment and bitterness do not aid YOU in any way at all. It also does not hurt those who hurt you either! * Money will never make you happyrn* Contentment is a choice which anyone can choose no matter the condition!
