There is strength in our words. We can give power to those words with the thoughts we think and the actions we employ. This a serious matter. This is one of the ways we create our own peace of mind or lack thereof.

Have you ever thought about what you are thinking when you start feeling down, depressed, a little blue, sad, or any other negative feelings? If we examine they way we think I can guarantee that some of that negative feelings will begin to dissipate. How can we get over these negative feelings?

1. Use Thought Field Therapy. It helps you get rid of the clutter in your mind and helps you deal with a whole host of negative thoughts.

2. Rewrite your negative thoughts. Take 2 pieces of paper and write all the negative thoughts on one page and then write the positive thoughts to replace those on the other paper. Take the negative paper in your hands and say, "I choose to think positively!" Say it with feeling and then burn the paper with the negative thoughts. Safely, please.

Finally, read 30 minutes daily something inspiring and something that helps you to learn how to deal with the difficulties in life. Just know that all circumstances in your life are there to help you expand, to grow, to learn. There are situations that are quite horrible but when look at them through the eyes of "How can I learn from this?" They start to come into perspective and we can learn a lot from just evaluating things properly.
