If you are losing weight, set your smaller goal to the first 5 pounds. Each time you achieve this smaller goal - celebrate this victory as a step toward the larger picture. Want to reorganize the kitchen? Tackle the junk drawer first before another zone in the kitchen area. Set small achievable goals so you can measure your success.n n• Finally, the age-old question "Is it worth it to me?" Are you truly willing to dedicate the time and effort it will take to achieve this goal?nnPut your goals down on paper before all your resolutions are "gone with the wind."
