Do you know everything is energy? Everything has a frequency. Everything is in a state of vibration, movement. Every organ and cell in our body is in a state of vibration, each organ has its own frequency!

Everything in the universe has a frequency, vibrating, in motion! Quantum physics is beginning to show us, scientifically, that everything has a vibration, a frequency. It also shows us that we are connected to all things.

We too easily forget that we are connected to all things and to one another. How often do you take a moment to remember that you are a part of the web or circle of life? You are a part of nature, connected in this web of life, breathing together as one.

We have been taught we are separate from nature, from our source, from one another. From the beginning of our lives, many of us are told that we fell from God, that we are separate from our Creator. How can we fall from a Source that is pure Love? A Love that embraces and interweaves Itself through all of us and all things. It is time to reconnect to the Love and Peace that is always there for us to embrace of which we are a part. A part of our personal and planetary healing is to reconnect with the breath, with our hearts, with nature, with one another, with our Source and with All That Is.

A first step is to remember your connection with nature. Nature provides you with all that you need. Nature offers food, shelter, nourishment, beauty. You are made up of the same elements that are found in nature. Think of the water that makes up a large part of your body, the air that you breathe, the earth element of the physical aspects, pulse of the heartbeat and fertile ground within, and the fire, the circuitry that sparks your body into motion. You may have heard the chant "Earth my body, water my blood, air my breath, and fire my spirit."

Yet, we humans take from and destroy the very source of life that nourishes us. We treat the earth in a similar fashion as a cancer that eats at the body until it kills off its host. We must change the destructive course we are on, reconnect, and learn to live in harmonious ways. We may begin to take this step through the vehicles that are freely available to every one of us, sound and the breath.

Have you seen the movie "Australia"? In the movie, there is an Aboriginal boy and his grandfather that are in tune with the ways of nature. They 'sing' things to them, and 'sing' one another and others to them, and communicate in this way, even from far distances. The vibrations carry. The breath carries the vibrations of the sound with its message.

The sound to be sung is the spirit of nature flowing inward into creation through the inhale, and sung out, expressed in the world as a sounds, or, frequencies that carry outward, through the exhale into the world. Within the sound is the breath of life that gives life to this sound brought into creation and carried outward through the web of life. Various world cultures point to sound as being an underlying force that weaves our world together. We are all connected in a web of life that is alive, breathing, vibrating.

Young children often are still in touch with the vibration of things that adults, with our programming and conditioned consciousness, have grown out of touch with. A couple years back, I witnessed a wonderful example of this. I walked down to sit on the rocks along the cliff near the shore to catch the fireworks display that was soon to begin at the beach. It was getting darkas I walked down the steps to the rocks to sit. A few minutes later, this beautiful young boy, maybe 4 years old at most, comes walking down the steps to the rocky cliff and continued gracefully and with ease over the rocks, never losing footing, even in the dark.

His conce
ed Dad, still at the top of the steps, called to his son to watch his step and to stop and wait for him. He was afraid of his son falling on the rocks in the dark. The young boy, who showed absolutely no sense of fear, with the most calm expression on his face, called back to his father, "Don't worry, Daddy, I can feel the vibrations."

We all have this sense within us. We have been conditioned in ways where we have forgotten. Someone explained this phenomenon to me many years ago, when I was a student at Goddard College. We invited a dowser from the Vermont Dowsers Society to speak. You may have heard of people dowsing for water, where they use a willow stick, or other means to 'dowse for water' on the land. The stick or 'dowsing rod' will suddenly point or drop down when the source of water underground is found. People use this method to determine where to dig a well.

The dowser explained that we all have an innate ability to find water, just as all animals do. We don't really need the dowsing rod because finding water is an instinctual. We have all that we need to live inside us and in nature around us. However, as humans, many of our natural instincts have become dormant. For example, our natural ability to find water has become dormant because all we have had to do for so long, rather than use our instincts to be led to water, is to turn on the faucet.

To heal ourselves and our planet, we must remember our connection with nature. We must remember the Love that is at our source as we breathe together in rhythm with all living things.

Ask yourself:

When is last time you stood with your bare feet upon the earth?

When did you last lay under the stars?

Do you spend time allowing the light of the moon to shine shine upon your face? Do you recognize how the cycles of the moon affect you? (Our bodies are comprised of mostly water, and the moon is what moves the tides. )

Have you sat with a tree, visited with the 'standing ones', recognized a guardian tree that may be watching over you in your yard?

Do you listen, really listen, to the song of the wind? What messages are being carried to you?

Have you paid attention to the stories that the stone nation has to share with you?

Do you ever lay down upon the earth and listen to her heartbeat, your hearts beating in rhythm?

We are not separate. We have lived life out of context. Eckhart Tolle said that what we have come to know as a tree, for instance, is what we have labeled it, yet, we do not experience the true essence of the tree. What if each tree has its own energy and spirit, just as we do?

We must remember and shift our consciousness from a place of separation and living life out of context, to a consciousness of Love, connected and breathing peace with all things. The source of Love is interwoven in all things. We can begin to connect with that source in all things by remembering each day to take time to breathe peace with the rhythms of nature. We begin to honor the Love in all things and the circle, or web, of life of which we all are a part.

In this web of life, it is as if we have energy lines woven through us and through everything that connect us all together. We all are breathing one breath. Imagine breathing in love and peace as you inhale and imagine breathing love and peace as you exhale. In the breath, Love consciousness grows. In this moment, I invite you to breathe the peace that connects all things in this web of life!

Exercises:

1. Choose a place in nature to sit quietly and begin to breathe gently and rhythmically. Allow your body and mind to relax. As you become more centered, begin to really listen. What sounds do you hear? Listen deeply for awhile. Find a rhythm of breathing that matches the sounds you are hearing. Breathe the sound of the wind, or the sound of the sea, the sound of the birds, or the sound of the trees. Listen in a new way. Open your inner hearing. Allow your consciousness to shift to being one with the sounds of nature. Breathe with nature that surrounds you.

2. Sit or lie down with the palms of your hands placed upon the earth. Feel, or sense, her heart beat. Imagine as you inhale the love of the earth is filling your body and, as you exhale, you send your love back to the earth. You might imagine this as a color, perhaps the color of rose for love or a rainbow of colors . Breathe with the earth.

Many blessings and remember to breathe peace with the rhythms of nature in each moment.

Manifesting. It's one of those words that people are using a lot thanks to the slew of new books, infomercials, and movies that proclaim that nothing is earned and nothing is worked for, rather things "manifest" in one's life - as long as they "ask" or "think" the right things. Want a car? Visualize it. Think about it. Feel it. And then ... *BAM* ... It will "manifest" in your life. How about a million dollars? No problem! Once again, visualize it and feel it, and then ... *P
