So you feel like you are depriving yourself of a much needed reward for working so hard everyday. You feel like all depressed and sad by not being able to get what you want at the end of your paydays. Life nowadays is hard for almost all of us. With this plummeting economic crisis, saving what we can to ensure that we will be able to get something when an emergency comes up, is something that you can’t simply trade with rewards that is only meant to last you for a day, a week or even a month. You can actually start creating abundance for yourself by simply being able to learn how to let go of this feelings or urges that ends up making you to feel all miserable and sad. Imagine yourself being able to easily let go of those unwanted and unnecessary emotions, wouldn’t you be able to function properly in your day to day activities? Would you not end up feeling happy and contented at the end of the day? What’s more is that you can actually save something for future use or needs. Creating abundance for yourself or for your loved ones should be your goal, and not the temporary happiness that any reward can and will give you. Being able to see that your bank account is increasing and not depleting is a reward big enough to make you smile at the end of the day. Being able to let go of things or thoughts and being able to be contented and happy with what you have is something that most people can easily accomplish. It takes a lot of pushing and a lot of struggle before one can actually do this. Once you learn the act of letting go by means of Sedona Method, you will be surprised at how easy life can actually be, free of the “wants” and gaining or creating abundance for yourself in the end. Let us say, you enjoy buying stuff every time you receive your pay check, but at the end of the day, you end up with just enough money to help you get through the next pay check. You will then end up feeling more depressed and problematic since pay day will not come in the next 15 days. Worse of all, your savings is not going anywhere. It remains the same, and sometimes, it is even going down as your urge for buying stuff doesn’t end with your pay checks. Learn how to deal with your emotions, by simply knowing when to say no to these urges and unwanted emotions. Free yourself of these unwanted emotions, which are only enabling you to function properly. You have to believe that you can survive and actually fight that urges, it is all about mind over matter. Think of the things that you will actually achieve, if only you start fighting your urges to reward yourself with things that will only last you for an hour, a day or even a week. When at the end of the day, the biggest reward that you can ever get is that you will have enough money in the bank to sustain your needs and even your family’s needs. You will be able to get something out of your bank in case of emergency and not having to beg for help. Life is simply, we are the only ones who make it difficult. We can actually combat poverty and be able to live within our means. We do not need these little rewards, when at the end of the day; we can actually get bigger rewards.
