Most physicians are of the opinion that there is no chance to cure diabetes. Some of them hide the natural cures they don't want you to know. However, some people believe positively that there are diabetes natural cures. You should begin by drinking plenty of water. Curing diabetes begins by creating healthier cells that accept insulin and you can make healthier cells by drinking 12 glasses of water daily. Experts recommend 20-30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise at least four times per week to stabilize blood sugar levels and decrease the risk of cardiovascular disease. Maintenance by keeping blood glucose levels from getting too high or too low can be quite a challenge. Close monitoring by a physician is important as well in order to ensure proper maintenance is being followed. A diabetic's cells are different than a person who doesn't suffer from this disease. With this disease there could be 2 things happening. Nutrition is extremely important for preventing and treating diabetes. Foods that help maintain a normalized blood sugar levels are fruits, vegetables and high fiber grains. Many people find that calcium helps prevent high blood pressure. Calcium is also great for people who suffer from diabetes (as it can sometimes relieve its symptoms). Alfalfa is a common remedy for an assortment of diseases and you can also use it for diabetes. Because alfalfa is rich in vitamins, minerals and other nutrients, Alfalfa has also been shown to lower blood sugar levels. Blueberries (Syzigium jambolinum) are another tasty way of curing Diabetes. The fruit or the leaves of this tree can also be used. Just chew 5-7 berries or swallow a paste of 4-5 leaves with water. Chromium Chromium is actually an essential trace mineral and it helps with carbohydrate and fat metabolism. It also helps the cells to respond to insulin. Quit from smoking and excessive intake of alcohol. If diet and exercise aren't enough or fail to control the elevated blood sugars, you may need diabetes medications or insulin therapy to manage your blood sugar. As a type 2 diabetic your body is insulin resistant. Zinc will help your body to move the insulin. It isn't very expensive compared to the drugs that your doctor has prescribed even with insurance.Whole-grain – eating whole-grain foods such as wheat breads, wheat rice, and wheat pasta help you to decrease the amount of carbohydrates in your diet. (Carbohydrates turn to sugar in your body.) Cinnamon is used as spice to give flavor for foods. It has been proved that cinnamon can reduce blood sugar to certain percentage by 20 to 30. Diabetes is no joke- it actually is very debilitating and may lead to other diseases if left untreated. In the end, it is in our hands whether we succeed in the battle against diabetes. You should avoid completely soft drinks, and milk with more fat. But it is permitted that you supplement your food with skimmed milk. Enjoying an active lifestyle, along with PROPER nutrition, are the single biggest factors that is able to naturally cure all physical ailments, including diabetes.
