In preparing chicken with asparagus, the following things you will require: 1/2 cup chicken broth, 1 pound boned and skinned chicken breast halves, 1/2 pound fresh asparagus, 1 jar roasted red peppers, 1 clove garlic, 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes, 1 tsp balsamic vinegar, salt as well as pepper to taste. Directions: You can begin with heating the broth in a large skillet on medium heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and put in the skillet. Allow it to cook for 15 minutes until the chicken is done. Add red peppers, asparagus and garlic to the skillet. Cook for 10 minutes till the chicken juices run clear and asparagus becomes tender. Put the tomatoes in skillet during last 2 minutes of cook time. Sprinkle vinegar and you can top with mozzarella cheese before serving. Baked Potato: The following things you will need to make baked potato: 1 medium sized potato, 1 tsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tsp butter, 1 pinch ground black pepper along with 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese Cooking directions: Wash the potato and pierce the skin with a knife or a fork. Meanwhile you can preheat your oven to 300 degreesF. Apply olive oil and salt over the skin of the potato. Now you can put the potato in the preheated oven and bake it for around 1 1/2 hrs till it becomes tender and golden brown in color. Divide the baked potato into two equal halves and serve with butter. Black pepper can also be served with baked potato. You can also sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top. Your delicious baked potato is ready to serve. Thus, you can try the above recipes with some alternate options or modifications in the ingredients if desired.
