Hearing some melodious music or performing relaxation exercises can help you greatly. You may also try to get the company of the person who is trusted by you. You must find out the one that will do you good like doing something that you enjoy most such as walking in a park, riding a bicycle, reading books, swimming or wandering in the garden. Always try to see the positive aspects. Don't cling to the negative sides. Learn to forgive your enemies and see the miracles it would do. Though these strategies will appear to be a bit difficult for you, you should start to learn these anger management techniques by starting to forgive yourselves.
