We used to see the bottom of the sea only on a TV screen, where Jacques-Yves Cousteau was swimming and making comments of what he saw and touched. We were looking through the small window trying to scrutinize all the beauty of the underwater world. We guessed there were such places in seas-oceans which they did not show us yet. Then the word "diving" entered into our life. This is a type of rest for everybody than just for chosen.nnDive-movement is widened rapidly. Dive-centeres are growing as mushrooms. Both experienced divers and beginners are using their services. One thing is important for beginners at first - to submerge for ten meters at least once and then to boast at home saying, I dived with aqualung. They don't know yet that in a short period of time some not clear melancholy will call them under water again. And they will put on an aqualung and not with devil-may-care of beginner, but with a desire to learn and understand, will listen to instructor, answer and pass tests - for the sake of a small «Dive Open Water» card, which will give them a right to submerge in any dive-center of the world not arm-in-arm with an instructor, but himself.nnSubmerging is possible anywhere where is depth. There is quite a bit seekers of sea secrets, who made many interesting archaeological finds. Diving became not only a passion for them, but also a method of new knowledge receipt and even the way of living to some extent.nnIt's important to do the first step, to step fearlessly in the depth first, if ten kilograms of leaden loads are hanging on you plus 17 kg of equipment. But as soon as you make the first inhalation out of cylinder in the water and you feel air filling your lungs without interruption, you understand it's possible to live in this element and you quit to be afraid. It would be safe if the first submergence is precede with a few trainings in a pool with an experienced instructor. Then the first step will be much easier. And further you hover in the water, you understand how to manage raising-lowering only by means of breathing and easy motion of flippers, and you are all eyes looking at the inhabitants of the underwater world. And they are looking at you. Most sea creatures are watchful. They are ready to run away at your first quick movement, I mean to swim away. But there are also curious creatures. Once fish-clown followed one diver, it spun alongside and poked its nose in a glass of mask. He played a bit with it and it pinched his gloves. But the underwater world is not so harmless, as it seems.nnDivers put the densely close neoprene suits with hoods, boots and gloves on. Burns with innocent in appearance corals can be very painful. It's possible also to prick yourself with a sea-urchin. So the main underwater maxim – do not touch anything with your hands. You need time to get used to this rule. Hands are stretching out to grasp, feel coral, to grab some clumsy fish. An instructor can give you a spanking on your hands firstly. He will be right, as it is better not to joke with sea inhabitants. It is checked already.nnSwim and look. Everybody has his own reasons to go on the bottom. There are simply viewers, researchers, depths conquerors. Some just persistently come on depth, others need to be literally picked out of all cracks and grottoes, where they try to climb persistently with indefatigable curiosity. Others are attracted with sunk ships.nnDrift. If place of your submergence to the underwater world is rich and various, there is nothing better then drift. Drift is when a boat throws scuba divers out and leaves to the place of their emerging. And scuba divers drift to the ship down stream, viewing all of coral reef beauties.nnMay be you are lucky and you will go for a night underwater submergence. Sliding like a shade along a bottom, illuminating your way with a lantern, at night you truly open the beauty of coral reef for yourself. Corals and inhabitants of reef are painted in extraordinarily bright colours only in the light of lanterns. Do not forget to breathe then.nnIf a dive-guide discuss the submergence route with you on briefing in detail, there is nothing to fear. Buddy-partners (aqualungists pairs) appointed while briefing can estimate beforehand how will they help each other in case of something happen. Experienced partner under water is not only your guarded, it's also possibility to use each minute under water with a benefit.nnThere are different ways to submerge. If you don't go in a special archaeological expedition with friends and like-minded people, but you are intended just to dive with aqualung, you have a wide choice. It is possible to purchase a tour for dive-safari. It means to live on the specially equipped ship at-sea and to dedicate all of your time to submergence only. The feeling of solidarity appears in a week, that you feel “in the team" long after. This kind of tour is expensive, since freight of a boat is very uncheap.nnDaily-diving costs approximately half cheaper and many prefer it, since you leave for submergences from a hotel every day. You spent all day long studying sea depths and you can fully give the way for the land madnesses in the evenings. You need to get up in the early morning while daily-diving and you must be gathered, sober and ready to submergences.nnYou can also rest on the beach and go to the nearby dive-center sometimes, hire there equipment and study off-shore sea depths with instructor, what is also not bad. The main is impression. The rental of basic equipment costs not much in a dive-centeres, but it will be better, if you pick up a mask and flippers of the exact size at home and bring them with you. It would be also great to have your own breathing regulator.nnIn general, diving is great! You not only open the new world for yourself by submerging on the depth, but you also open yourself in this world. You learn so many new things about your possibilities, that it surprises you - how did I live before and didn't know that there is so much boldness and curiosity in me, so much confidence in myself and that it's still interesting to live, no matter how old are you.nnThere are also many other ways to enjoy yourself on the water. Whether you prefer relaxing yacht cruises, heart-pounding motorboat rides, the hands-on excitement of white water, or the balance and skill of wind or kitesurfing, there's sure to be a water activity you'll love. Don't be afraid to get out of your comfort zone and try something new - you may find more than one activity you'll enjoy for years to come.nnhttp://yachts-vip.com/2007/12/12/diving-is-cool.htmlnFollow the link and read this and other articles with colorful pictures about boating and sailing.
