In place of hailing a cab or driving, put on your training shoes and put those leg muscles to work. Not only will you burn calories, you'll conserve on gasoline as well. Park several blocks away from your office and walk the rest of the way if it is too a long way to walk from your house.nnMake use of the stairs by getting out a few levels short of yours. It would be even preferable if you could take the stairs all the way from the first floor!nnRecreation areas and jogging trails are your friends. This is a great way to chance on people with the same interests as you, and it's generally costless! You will never know what hints and bits they might part with you. Go to dance clubs or watch a concert rather than spending the night just sitting and drinking alcohol. This is yet another example of fusing work out with fun!nn
