How many times have you heard the saying "You are what you eat" ? At least a billion times.Funny thing is though,it's true.Do you know why it's true? Of course you do.It's true because the more fatty foods we eat the more fat weight we'll gain.
We all have become so busy in our day to day lives that we just don't see how the fast foods are really killing us.It's killing us in a slow and sometimes painful way.Obesity,heart disease,diabetes,high blood pressure,cancer,just to name a few, are all on the rise.
Many people simply don't want to take the time to eat properly.Hey we're all busy and bone tired at the end of the day,but that doesn't mean we have to forgo good health just because we're "too tired" to cook something healthy.
How many of you reading this right now know of a kid that eats all of the vegetables put in front of them? Not many right? My youngest child is 12 years old and she refuses to eat any veggies other than corn and green beans.And then she won't eat them 90% of the time I fix them.
I know it's a phase,but it's lasted about 4 years now.Past time for it to stop.But we all get into habits that aren't good for us and it's hard to stop them after so long.There are a lot of people out there trying to lose weight right now and have no idea as to HOW to go about it.
There are millions of weight loss plans out on the market today.Some are fair,some good,and some are down right ridiculously dangerous.For instance,eating only 500-800 calories a day.Are you nuts?! Your body needs at least 1200-2000 calories a day just to function properly.There is good news though.You can eat a lot of what you like and still lose weight.
See,I have found a diet plan that uses the foods we already eat to help burn more fat.There's no pills involved,just a straight forward plan of action to help your body use or lose the fat already stored in our bodies.
When we physically feel good,we feel good mentally and have a higher self esteem and overall well being.With all the stress of daily life,it's even more important to have the mental stability to keep going and provide a sense of well being for our families.
Ever noticed how when you start a diet,after a while you stop losing weight? Do you know why? To put it simply,it's because your body builds resistance to whatever diet you're following.Especially if it's diet pills.Diet pills work but only to an extent.Many people don't finish their first bottle of diet pills.
The reason for that is two things.1) Many people don't realize that unused fat stores are a SOLID waste.2) Diet pills can only get rid of so much fat.People who use diet pills spend a lot of time in the bathroom getting rid of the fat.They don't want to spend all that time getting rid of the excess fat.
If you exercise,you build muscle.Which in turn helps you to lose fat.Your body needs fat for energy.But not to the point to where you are gaining fat weight.With ANY diet you have to have exercise.Doesn't matter if you go to a gym or walk around the block.Cleaning house is a good exercise,albeit a tedious one.
Even with exercise there will come a time when you will stop losing weight and start gaining.Don't worry about it though.The more you exercise,the more muscle mass you gain and muscle weighs more than fat.You don't have to be a bodybuilder or anything like that to gain muscle mass,just by simply doing toning exercises helps to lose the fat.
Dieting is a lifestyle change.That's not something you can find in a bottle of diet pills or exercise programs.Make the healthy change today and you'll see a difference in just a few days.You'll feel better and start to look better.
