It is quiet difficult to relax when we are surrounded by all demands from work, schools, community, everything surround us demand our attention. This is then where stress symptoms come up. The stress is defined as disorganized things we do not like, who have excelled and take up space in our life. It is impossible to relax while our unfinished tasks stare at us in the face.rnStress is to be respected and sometimes endured, but we should never surrender and become a victim of it. There is no potion, magic, or pill can undo a lifetime of neglected health. Despite the claims of advertisers eager to make their fortune selling high priced supplements, vitamin and mineral mega doses are not miracle. However, there is much we can do to efficiently handle stress. Yes you can, however learn to cope with it. rnPrimarily we need to have a good lifestyle. Let us have a routine and a regular pattern of living. Remember this for the simplest way for managing stress is to get a balanced life from work, family, community, and self care through in good nutrition or healthful diet, moderate exercise, enough beauty rest and sometimes do play like a kid. There is nothing to compare but enjoying our life to the fullest in a good balanced ways. rnReal life cannot be played according to a script and that even if there were a script, there could be a surprise twist at the end. This sentence reminds me that we also need to take a “practical wisdom” when it comes to money. The Bible reminds us. “We brought nothing into the world, and neither can we carry anything out. So having sustenance and covering, we shall be content with these things”. Learning to be content with less is realistic and practical. Another ways to face stress and relieve with it is to make it sure we spend some time, everyday doing something that we love most. Find our passion. Make our living by doing the thing we most love to do. A good hobby is the best de-stressor. It relieves tension and worries. It will give us a break and help us relax and refresh.rnLet us avoid negative thoughts. Let us think positively and learn to recognize our negative thoughts we have in mind. Self-doubt, criticism of others, complaints and reasons prevent us from doing anything. Once we have the ideas to stop, we must then replace all of it into possible thoughts. We can do it.
