rnWhen you have love and happiness in your life, everything seems possible. What some people don’t understand is that they can easily have those things. First you must love yourself. Second, you must make yourself happy. rnNo one else can make you happy. You are responsible for your own happiness. When people think that meeting and marrying a beautiful woman or a handsome guy would make them happy, they are being unrealistic. Outside things might help, but it is the way that we feel on the inside that actually makes us happy. Luckily, in case you’ve never been good at being happy, you can learn. “You can be happy no matter what.” It’s a book by the writer who penned the “Chicken Soup” books. Like many of us, he has learned the secret. rnHere’s a simple experiment for you to try. Smile. Really, smile for a couple of minutes. You will start to notice that your whole body starts to feel better, more relaxed. You mind will seem clearer, your thoughts less clouded. Whatever hurdles you are facing will start to seem less overwhelming. rnThat happens with just a single smile. Just imagine what can happen if you go through your whole day, with a smile on your face. Love and happiness might be just around the corner. rnOf course, smiling is not always appropriate and keeping your emotions locked inside is not healthy. It’s just that most of the things that people allow to ruin their days are inconsequential. They just don’t matter. rnWe will all have to deal with some sad events in our lives. We will lose loved ones. But, we will always have happy memories of them. Nothing else is really that devastating. If you lose a job, there’s always a better one coming. rnIf you want to learn the secret to long-lasting love and happiness, you need to learn the secret law of attraction. It’s quite simple, actually. If you emit or send out loving, happy feelings, you will attract loving, happy people to your life. One of them could be your soul-mate.rnVisualization is another thing that you should learn. It involves using your imagination to visualize what you would like for your life to be like and how that would make you feel. rnThe feelings that you generate through visualization stay with you. It’s a valid therapy, similar to hypnosis. You are basically learning to act as if you already have everything that you want and very soon, you will, whether it’s love and happiness or fame and fortune. Whatever you want can be yours.
