There’ve been so many things I've learned throughout the thirty weeks of this amazing Spiritual Enlightenment Course that it's impossible to decide exactly where tostart. The first parts that I was impressed by in regards to the lessons was that there were finally words to communicate what I had been feeling. There was now a way to put across these spiritual ideas to those I come in contact with who wished to comprehend that which I have been starting to learn and the things I was continuing to learn. The difficulty was that I could not express properly the words, mental image pictures, and thoughts that ended up making our communication difficult. The 2nd concept that had an impact was the one on letting go of the resentments– Forgiveness. I can’t change what others have done to me. I am unable to make anyone make amends for pain and offenses that I was hurt by. I can keep from allowing them to put their hooks into me. For most part, it really is within my control what energy I let to affect me. There are ways to remove the energy away from me and it is up to me to do this on the routine basis. The most efficient way to stay healthy was to take care of your self. An example from my own life of this about a cousin I have who, before the training course, I couldn’t as much as hear her name with out becoming really upset. By letting go of the angry energy I was using towards her as well as releasing the buttons I’d permitted which allowed her in, I've come to a place of peace in the event I happen to have to see her. I was even able to maintain a pleasant visit with her the last time I spent time at my grandfather’s. There are stilla lot of buttons about her that annoy me, but without having the angry energy there I can recognize that the majority of what annoys me is just the errors a young soul will make as they are really trying to grow up. Not every adult you come across is really grown up. Some people spend longer than other people to get there. All we will do was offer to you help along with show them the rest was up to them. The third point was the idea of utilizing the grounding cord on places as well as things. I knew I could drain foreign power from folks as well as things but till the classes I had never consideredusing a grounding cord on meeting rooms or buildings or the land.
