I have an aunt that experiencing overweight. She always wears a big dress and hard to walk. And like any other people, she wants to lose weight fast. Some will just go to a doctor or a beauty therapist to have liposuction or surgery. Others take an extreme diet with little calories and vigorous exercise.
Any of the way to fast lose weight was quite dangerous, that may lead to injury or any some cases, death. Because of that, people slowly began to find a safer way. A diet supplement is an alte
ative to have a fast lose weight, combine with routine exercise can gain an effective result to lose weight.
There isn’t a secret actually to lose weight fast. To have a maximum and effective result in fast weight lose, there is four aspects that should be changed in people’s life:
1. What to eat.
Fibers. Fibers can make digestion rate slower because it fills the stomach faster and stays longer. Fibers can be obtained from fruits and vegetables, specially the green one. Another meal is grain. By consuming a grain or grain bread, it pushes the fat to digestion system faster. It also makes the body energized because grains turn to blood sugar.
2. How to eat.
You should always keep away from friend food, because sometimes food can contains more fat before it fried, because of the oil that stick in the food. Junk-food? That should be considering as “public enemy number 1!” If you really need to cook your food, I suggest it would be best if it steamed or grilled.
3. Behavior.
You should have a strong mindset, because sometimes after awhile there would be a strong urge to eat those forbidden food. I know it’s delicious, but remember the program that you’re working right now. It would be such a waste if it fails.
You should also have realistic approaches. It is impossible to lose weight fast ove
ight. Just stay consistent with what you are doing it right now and you will see the result faster than you expecting.
4. Activity level.
Build an exercise plan of your own. Maybe five minutes a day, or more? It’s up to you. An exercise like brisk walking, swimming or running and jogging. And last but not least, drinking at least six to eight glass of water per day. This to keep the body stays from hydrated, especially from the exercise that you working on right now.
