rnIf you are having high levels of anxiety resulting to panic attacks, then it is already a disorder. Your anxiety becomes out of control that it interferes with your daily routine and prevent you from doing things you normally do. People experiencing anxiety disorders and panic attacks are losing control physically and emotionally. Anxiety disorders and panic attacks include symptoms like shortness of breath, chest pain, sweating, nausea or stomach cramps, trembling and dizziness. Imagine having all these symptoms when you are in the middle of the crowd, driving, or simply doing your daily routine. The fear engulfing you can be very debilitating and disabling. There are even people who experience frequent attacks that it inhibits them from leaving their home. When it happens, it is best that you know what to do. There are coping techniques that you can do to survive anxiety disorders and panic attacks like deep breathing exercises. Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth. Think relaxing thoughts while deep breathing. Gradual muscle relaxation is another technique that you can do. And most importantly, stay positive. You can self talk and tell yourself that everything is under control, nothing bad is going to happen and you can survive this panic attack. Although coping techniques are very helpful during attacks and can help you feel safe and comfortable, it is still best to consult the experts to know how to permanently get rid of anxiety disorders and panic attacks. It is very disabling to live with panic attacks that may occur anytime.
