In the goal setting world, there is a vast difference between the achievers and the non-achievers. The achieves turn their dreams into reality, the non achievers...well...don't!

4. Challenges: Good goal setters like challenges...period! They don't set goals that are too easy to achieve, rather they set goals that are just out of their reach. They know that with challenge comes growth and opportunity.

5. Research: Good goal setters are great researches. They don't just write high level goals and hope they achieve them. They undertake in-depth research and speak to mentors to ascertain specifically what they need to do.
