Being healthy can really be considered as wealth. How many times did you hear your parents say or the elders say that even when you have lots of money and resources, if you are weak and unhealthy, you still have nothing? There are many ways on how you can be healthy. First thing is to consume a lot of water. Primary school taught you that the body is composed of 75% water and because of that; you have to drink a lot of water to supply the body. Dehydration may leave your body weak. You may not be able to perform at peak level. Water can also aid you in your metabolism. In your daily diet, include fresh fruits and crunchy vegetables. Leafy vegetables can clean the liver and are considered as blood builders. Raw fruits on the other hand can increase your energy, aid you in better digestion and improve the appearance of your skin. Fiber rich foods can also help you lose weight for they have low calories and fats. As much as possible, lessen your intake of sugar. High consumption of sugar can cause heart disease, arthritis and weight gain. Also, exercise can help you a lot in being healthy.
