In today's hectic lifestyle, one gets stressed very easily on a regular basis. And while a majority reasons this as being the side effects of an ambitious lifestyle, the fact of the matter is that irrespective of the cause, there is a considerable amount of damage being done to the body on a regular basis. The best way to de-stress oneself and rejuvenate the body is meditation. However, of late, it has come to be seen as a chore, instead of the relaxing activity it actually is. It also helps in prolonging one's life and sharpening the brain power. But with Holosync Meditation coming as a great alternative to conventional practices, now everybody seems to be catching up.

This technique allows one to reach a meditative state very quickly, and one does not have to put in too much of an effort as well, unlike the traditional style of meditation. It is basically a brainwave technology that does not need too much of an input from the person doing it, but the outcome (results, so to speak) is phenomenal within a few weeks. It is also sometimes referred to as the 'lazy man's way to meditate', but don't let that fool you, for the effectiveness is still 100% in every case. There are four phases in the process, and the Holosync Meditation practice is basically about altering the brain wave patterns, which are essentially four in number - beta, alpha, delta and theta.

Beta waves are related to waking consciousness, and cause anxiety and frustration. Theirs is the highest (and most frequent) frequency in which one spends a majority of the time. Alpha is the more intellectual type of brain wave, Alpha, which is associated with learning ability and concentration. Theta is associated with dreams, creativity and sleep, while Delta is associated with sleep and peace. Holosync Meditation stimulates all these four to result in an experience like none other, to make sure that the body and mind are ready for the next day.

Manifesting. It's one of those words that people are using a lot thanks to the slew of new books, infomercials, and movies that proclaim that nothing is earned and nothing is worked for, rather things "manifest" in one's life - as long as they "ask" or "think" the right things. Want a car? Visualize it. Think about it. Feel it. And then ... *BAM* ... It will "manifest" in your life. How about a million dollars? No problem!
