How can hypnosis help cure your insomnia
I love to sleep. I really do. I think it is my favorite activity. It may be a strange thing to say, but it’s true. If I had to guess, I’d say I love sleep so much because I don’t get a lot of it. You see, I suffer from insomnia.
Well, that’s not entirely true. I suffered from insomnia, past tense. I took action which helped me sleep like a baby. I was able to fall asleep and wake up in the morning, just like a normal person would – without waking up several times. If I managed to fall asleep at all, that is.
You likely tried to block out all outside noises, you tried to relax your body and get as comfortable in bed as much as possible. You also realized that it is not really helping.
Hypnosis can penetrate deep into your mind that bypasses its conscious part and speaks directly to the unconscious. It deals with insomnia at the core of the problem, with thoughts and habits buried deep into your subconscious mind. It is no wonder other methods you’ve tried didn’t work, as you had no way of dealing with the problem in a way that had any chance of being successful.
The first thing hypnosis for insomniacs does is it helps you fall asleep, and later the recording just fades out which keeps you in sleep state until you are rested enough and wake up in the morning naturally.
Hypnosis is a simple and easy to use way that teaches your mind to just take a moment and relax.
Don’t be surprised if you wake up in the morning one day soon, and realize you overslept. I know your boss may hate it, but man, first time that had happened to me, I was grinning like a mad man the entire day. Trust me; you’ll need an alarm clock soon.
Great thing about the album I used is that it thought me how to be independent of it. I no longer needed to listen to the recording once or twice per night just so I could get some decent nights rest. After listening to the recordings every night for weeks, I finally picked up the habit of falling asleep and staying asleep throughout the night, on my own.
Fellow insomniacs, I hope I gave you hope and opened your eyes. I hope that now you know that yes, insomnia can be beaten, for good. I hope I inspired you enough to do the hardest thing of all – to take the first step towards solving the problem the right way.
