The Law of Attraction is working away in our lives whether we realise it or not. Learn how to attract help in the form of right people and right situations. Firstly let’s simplify how the Law of Attraction works. We have the possibility to co-create with the universe any situation we desire. Unfortunately lots of people don’t realise this. How do we go about this co-creation? Our thoughts go out constantly as vibrations into the universe and over time attract back in whatever those thoughts were about. We’ve all heard about a negative cycle, well this is exactly what is happening. As we continue to think and believe that life is hard sure enough life reflects back to you that it is indeed hard. If a person is feeling fulfilled and successful this person appears to emanate charm and good energy and more than likely their thought process is continuously feeding their success. The first step is being aware of destructive thoughts and taking responsibility for our own thoughts and actions. Until you do this you can stay in the comfort zone of blaming others for your lack of success and happiness. In a job situation, the boss prefers someone to you even though you are more qualified. So you blame favoritism and accept your fate of being unlucky. No you don’t, take responsibility and over time you will be amazed by the changes that start to occur. You can change the cycle and start to trust that the universe will co-create with you. When we were very young we trusted the universe until our conditioning started to plant fears of being scolded or not approved by our parents, peers and society. This was where the unhelpful thought process can be rooted back to. Even if you are not sure about this it won’t do any harm to try. Choose a situation that is small to begin, perhaps a shop where you don’t feel the staff are very friendly. Before your next trip to this shop think with compassion about the people working there, they may have other hopes and dreams than working in this shop. Hold this feeling and go to the shop, smile and be friendly. Continue this each trip you make to the shop and soon you will see that your compassionate thoughts and cheerful appearance will be mirrored back to you by some of the staff and maybe all of them at some stage. This is exactly how your potential co-creation with the universe works. Practice with smaller seemingly less important situations and let this ripple out into ones in your life that are more important over time. The thoughts and feelings need to be genuine not forced but this also comes with practice. It is important not to try to control the outcome. Actually you may feel in an important situation that x outcome is perfect for you, however the universe knows that it is y. Let’s say x outcome is a promotion whereas y outcome is a new connection in your life offering a completely different job. Y is unchartered territory but seems interesting, x you feel will be your stepping stone to success. However what the universe knows is the company that would offer you the promotion are not very forward thinking, so your promotion would be little more than a small raise in pay and a status symbol for you. Whereas y is a job where you would have the same pay but actually have lots of room for growth in your area of talent. A recent personal example: I had been focusing on the fact that I would like to find ways to help others more while maintaining my busy work schedule. In other words it needed to be something that was in tune with what I do on a daily basis. Somewhere else in the world was a woman who was thinking that as part of here 3 year plan she needed someone to write content for her charity project’s website. Through a group on LinkedIn I saw her comments, contacted her and now I am developing this content for her and my need has been fulfilled as has hers. I had no idea what the universe was going to bring back but this is absolutely perfect.
