And there are so many ways to beat this kind of character in order not to cause problem with the company. “I like it when I have a deadline to beat”, says someone—but not everyone. Deadline of things to be done or work to be accomplished comes as a challenge for anyone who wants to beat the odds of last minute work. I’ve met many people who take things idly before the day set for deadline. And when the deadline comes, they crammed on the work as if they don’t have enough time to finish the task. What comes in the mind of individual why they take work in a less serious note when deadline is not set or deadline is far yet to arrive?
