Smell allows you to actually relax as well, and you can think about buying some aromatherapy candles and even using the power of scents to help you out with mind control. Just place some candles and some of the scents all around the room; this will really help when it comes to this. The fourth thing you might want to consider is that you would want to actually try and adding some music into the mix, and this is one of the best ways that you would be able to ride on the soothing sound waves and then from there, speak to your subconscious, The more relaxed you are, the more you are able to control your mind, and use messages to actually delete most of the bad aspects of the brain. And these are some of the things that will really help you with your mind control. The last thing you can think about is using established technology like popular ones like subliminal or brainwave entrainment. At the end of the day, what you should be doing is simply using them on top of everything else. A combination of a good place, good smells, good sounds and good technology with brilliant breathing techniques is just the kind of things that you need to get to be able to achieve some serious mind control.
