Have you ever looked in the mirror wondering, "How can I find that true happiness and success? " It begins with discovering your authentic self, the person you were meant to be. We have piled on top of us layers of beliefs and habits we no longer need or want. With these layers we have become the person we pretend to be. So let's get going. A) Ask These Questions To Yourself Which aspects of your personality do you hope people notice first?rnWhat do you most want people to know about you?rnHow do you like to be seen?rnIf you could change one thing, what would it?rnWhen did you feel so safe without any fear or anxiety?rnWhen was the last time you felt so good that time just seem to fly by? rnTake all the answers to the questions above and look at them over and over again and you will begin to realize, who your authentic self is. B) Let yourself relax and breathe deeply. As your muscles relax, it becomes easy to let your imagination be open. C) Visualize yourself standing face to face with another you. This you is your authentic self. Take a moment and feel the happiness with your authentic self. Visualize the way the you relate to others, how you handles stress and anxiety, your positive attributes, and all the passion and motivation for reaching goals and living the life you desire. D) Now step into your authentic self, hearing through those ears, seeing through those eyes, and let yourself feel the happiness, living life as the true you. E) Repeat this once a day, visualizing your authentic person. Each time, you repeat this exercise, your authentic self, becomes stronger until you are now that person you want to be.
