Keep a bowl of apples and oranges at work, or some celery and carrots that you can easily grab while watching TV. Instead of reaching for a candy bar or that bag of chips, grab an apple and some cheese. A personal favorite of mine.nnSet Realistic Goals.nnLosing over 5-7 pounds is unhealthy and can be dangerous. A good medium is to set a goal of 2-3 pounds per week. Losing 2 pounds per week for 1 year would equal a whopping 108 pounds for that year! So even losing 1 pound per week for a solid year would be 52 pounds per year. Which is very realistic and doable. nnWriting down every tip and trying it out to see if it will work for you is another great way to finding what works best for your body. Finding a great weight loss program could be your best bet. I can assure you these tips will help you to achieve that weight loss goal. Remember every body is different, so don't give up if it's harder then you expected.
