Which blood pressure symptoms happen the most often? This is a hard question because usually it doesn't have warning symptoms. This is why your doctors usually recommend that you check your blood pressure often, especially if you are older than forty. Typically, in these kind of illnesses, however, there aren't any warning signals or blatant symptoms like the ones that will be outlined below. How you treat your high blood pressure will be dependent upon how severe your symptoms are and your medical history. Your doctor may tell you that you have prehypertension, and this is a condition that doesn't usually have any particular symptoms. This just means that your current blood pressure level is a little elevated but it isn't yet high enough to be called "high blood pressure." It's true that nobody really wants to hear bad news from their doctor but don't think of this as bad news because a prehypertension diagnosis allows you to do something about your condition before it gets bad. A doctor might prescribe medication and lifestyle changes; there are also lots of natural remedies that can help you lower your blood pressure before you begin to show symptoms that are serious. You may not show any other symptoms, the simple fact that you have a stressful life and find yourself easily angered and frustrated means you are at risk for high blood pressure. Also, it has been found that high blood pressure and heart disease are quite common among those who have Type A personalities. One of the early signs of high blood pressure can be deduced to be stress. It is possible to control your stress and to learn to relax, even if your job or lifestyle are stressful. If you learn these techniques it is less likely that you could develop high blood pressure. One potential symptom of high blood pressure is the sound of ringing in your ears which is called tinnitus. There are lots of things that can cause tinnitus that are not high blood pressure and it can come in lots of different forms. If you have a persistent case of tinnitus, you should have it checked by your doctor, as it may indicate high blood pressure or another disorder. For many people tinnitus is not an indicator of anything specific medically and there are a variety of treatments that can help with the symptoms and that is irritating. However, it's important to make sure your tinnitus isn't being caused by high blood pressure, as this needs to be controlled as soon as possible. High blood pressure can have lots of symptoms but most people don't know it is happening until they go in for a checkup. You can get your blood pressure taken at quite a few different pharmacies but in order to get a very accurate reading you will need to check it a few times. If you have any of these symptoms of high blood pressure or, if you know you are already at risk due to other factors, you will need to make sure to talk to your doctor regularly and get your blood pressure checked often.
