A Calendar is a crucial tool needed for scheduling your appointments and events. Time management skills are of utmost importance. There are schedules lined up to do during specific times or specific dates and a number of things that might need to be done sometime later, or even as soon as possible.
The key is simplicity. The more calendars you use, the more complicated it is for you to check, update, and maintain. It is also very easy for you to lose track and miss important appointments. Using one calendar will help you manage your tasks and time effectively. You could combine your professional appointments and your personal commitments, all in one calendar. This article is an attempt to make you understand the importance of time management techniques, various time management strategies and to show you how to use a calendar as a part of time management.

With a number of electronic devices available in the market, you may choose an appropriate electronic calendar to schedule your appointment and events. Scheduling is the process of looking at the time available to you and how you will use it to achieve your goals.
