There are many impacts to your well-being related to untreated anxiety disorders; it is therefore important that you seek an anxiety disorder cure as soon as possible. Everyone experiences anxiety in some form or another in their life. For example during an exam, or prior to a special event or date. The different physical symptoms you can experience during this moment could be: flushed cheeks, rapid heart rate, chewing finger nails, sweaty palms, dizziness or irregular breathing to name a few. These are minor symptoms that everyone can experience and are not detrimental to your health. The problem arises when you either experience prolonged symptoms or attacks occurring many times in a day or week. Excessive attacks are not “normal” and it is important to recognize theses situations and find an anxiety disorder cure before these anxiety filled moments become debilitating. Prolonged anxiety disorders can result in the following serious physical consequences: 1.Cardiac Conditions: The risks of you developing permanent heart or respiratory problems are very high. This is because of the incessant and intense changes which their heart is constantly made to experience. Examples of the possible conditions which might arise include hypertension, heart arrhythmia and angina. 2.Headaches: Tension headaches, migraines. 3.Excess Weight: When you are stressed you seek out comfort which can be in the form of “comfort food” and so begins the vicious weight cycle. The more pounds added to our bodies, the more stress and the more medical problems arise. 4.Stroke: Depending on your age it is likely to suffer from strokes caused by the persistent build up of high blood pressure in the circulatory system. 5.Changes in Physical Features: One of the biggest and most common consequences of not finding an anxiety disorder cure is premature ageing such as grey hair and wrinkles making you look and feel much older than you are. These are just a few of the many physical consequences of not finding an anxiety disorder cure. If you recognize an increase in your anxious feelings or notice that a friend or love one is suffering more than usual it is so important to find the right anxiety disorder cure before it seriously damages the body.
