Is there a way to improve your subconscious mind? Simply put, there is, and the methods have been circulating around the world for about a few years now. First started in the early part of the nineteenth century as a scientific venture into the world of mental regression, practitioners have found more and more interesting things about the brain. nnOne of the things they have found is that there is another, hidden mind at work within the cerebral cortex, and intangible mind that has much a part to play with our awareness as our conscious mind. They also found that the brain could be conditioned to a state where it might be improved to do certain tasks, but of course the methodologies were very rudimentary at first and they did not have the sophisticated equipment necessary to do a much more advanced and invasive investigation into the area of the brain. nnSurprisingly enough, even with today’s modern methods and advanced machinery, we are still very much left in the dark when it comes to matters of the brain and more than 60% of the brain remains undiscovered and unexplored by the world of neuroscience. But what they have found is that the brain has the power to readjust itself to perform an activity or enact a mental duty with more precision and with more clarity. nnThis is called mental conditioning and it would surprise you that you are in a different mental state then you were, lets say, in the morning when you just woke up. Or when you were asleep or even the moment before that you fell asleep. All of these are actually adaptations the brain makes to either make you more asleep or more alert, which is why you are able to focus on work much better when you are in the middle of the day and are fully awake. To get what this article is trying to tell you much better, you can actually ignite your brain’s mental power with some easy to obtain chemicals. nnCaffeine is one of them. Perhaps even nicotine could be said to have some energetic effects on the conscious brain. But what about the subconscious? The part of the brain that controls the intangible mental spirit and physiological soul of the body? How do we recondition something we cannot see? Well the answer is to do it by using the inherent abilities of the brain to produce wavelengths and condition the mind so that the subconscious is much more susceptible to positive affirmation and messaging. nnThis is not like slipping a message through subliminally, but opening up the hatch on the preconscious mind and reconditioning it directly, without any trickery involved. This can be achieved through methods like brainwave entrainment, which evokes the cortical in the brain to fire the right frequencies so that your subconscious is ripe for the changing. Now, anyone has the power to improve their subconscious mind with technology like brainwave entrainment. The technology is available here and now, and there is no better time to take advantage of it.
