Recent data on prevalence of ailments around the world show epidemic increase in number of people suffering from allergies of skin and respiratory tract. These are one of the top reasons for visiting the doctor. Some great minds are of the opinion that this increase may be attributed to "hygiene hypothesis" which states that cleaner environment, antibiotics and over zealous immunization is the main culprit. But whatever be the reason the answer lies not in suppressing the symptoms with antihistaminic & steroids but to boost body's innate capacity (Immunity).This only can be the long term effective solution.
