Is it Possible to Stop a Wave in the Middle of its Break?

The manifestation of reality begins with an idea or desire, continues with a plan and progresses with actions. Although we can't see or hear it, in the beginning of this idea formation, a mysterious voice emerges which reveals to the universe our plan, which immediately starts to recruit and organize the resources needed for our desired reality to begin to mold. With this first step the invisible wheels of the universe start turning, to create the specific shapes of the puzzle pieces that will construct the desired picture of reality.
That is, behind the scenes, a process of organization begins that collects the energy and sets the puzzle pieces in their place. And as we progress, each additional action creates new opportunities, new intersections along the road, of which we pick and choose and continue. Reality then begins to form.
As we create our reality with our thoughts, choices and actions, we might think that we can always change our minds, reconsider, start a new plane, delete and restart a new state of mind to create different reality. But this is only partly true. Along this process, there are points of “no return”. A point of no return is a point, after we began and are already in the midst of our creative process, where it is impossible to stop the process and all that is left is to sit idle until the act finishes its course and dissolves, until the energy that is accumulated will be exposed, and if we don’t continue to add energy, it will disappear. At this stage there is nothing to do in order to turn the wheel back.
Sometimes, there emerges regret after an action, and we feel that we need or want to stop the train. All of a sudden we feel that we are being strayed, that we don’t like the outcome, that it is not the child we prayed for, that reality won’t appear precisely as thought. We try to resist, to forcefully stop, to purposefully change direction, to influence…and sometimes it doesn't work for us. We feel helpless, not in control, under the mercy of giant forces of the universe. We completely forget that the person that started this whole process was us. We created this reality ourselves…
Is it possible to stop the arrow from its course after it was already shot? Is it possible to stop the ocean wave after the water has already gathered and the white crest foresees a break towards the shore?
At this point, two options lie ahead of us: either we allow the wave to finish its movement and disintegrate, or we place an obstacle in its path which causes it to explode, strike with all its might, and then fall apart and eventually disintegrate.
And so it is with the arrow that was shot. After it has been released, the shooter cannot call it back: “Hello, excuse me, please come back. I made a mistake! I didn’t mean that target… It’s too early… I want to think it over…” The arrow must finish its course – either it will hit its target or it will continue to fly until its energy dies out and it falls to the ground. But the shooter can no longer control it.
And so it is in life. We make plans and actions which set us on a certain path. And the course is already formed and already began. And then all of a sudden it seems that this is not what we wanted, that the situation is not on target, that this creation was not what we had in mind, or that we desire to continue to control and aim the arrow after it is already in-flight and don’t realize that it is no longer in our control.
And if we don’t understand this phenomenon, we will waste a lot of energy to stop the current, to stop the river, without any success. Just like the boy who tries to plug a hole in a damn with his own finger. Is it at all possible to stop the ocean’s movement with the use of a single finger?
In fact, as human beings we have the freedom of choice, always! But after we have made a choice and begin to embark on the journey, we must understand that the rules of the universe, the rule of reasoning and the resulting rule of inertia do not allow us to stop the act in the middle. It is no longer in our hands. It would be better to submit to the wave and to let it force you to the shore, rather than either fighting it and risk drowning or obstructing its path and allowing it to explode on you.
Waves are constantly being created. But this particular wave, the wave that has already accumulated height, is impossible to change or control. Don’t let it drown you; ride it. Do not allow the struggle with the wave to put you in a situation in which, even if you do arrive ashore alive, you will arrive beaten, tired and confused. Instead, roll with it. Sometimes it is really uncomfortable, you feel helpless, breathless, scared, as if you are about to die. Remember: it’s temporary. In a moment, if you decide to commit to it, it will lead you to the surface, right your orientation and bring you ashore…
