Being as though it is Monday, I thought what a perfect time for this type of entry. Basically, there are going to be times where life sucks. Times where you feel like you're on the ground and somebody is just continually kicking you and you don't have the energy to get up. It could be work, family, taxes, bills, you name it you just feel like you're getting beaten and beaten over and over and over again. However, I am here to tell you that this type of beating is what makes you stronger. What can I possibly be talked about? Well, the truth is it doesn't matter how much you can take, what matters is how much you can take and keep moving forward. This is how you win and find out what you're really made of. I draw the same correlation in the fitness game. They're going to be times where you're exhausted, stressed, and the last thing you feel like doing is working out. However, the true test of somebody's character is dealing with that amount of stress but still moving forward. Whenever you see somebody in great shape, the assumption is always they must have great genetics. Well, I am here to tell you that is not always the case. The people who are in great shape tend to make sure they work out even when tired and experiencing adversity. Life is like a rollercoaster ride, when you are at the very bottom, and you will be, don't get too overwhelmed or caught up in it because eventually, you will come back up. And when you are on top, don't get too overconfident because eventually, you will come back down. So to close out, I guess what I'm trying to say is life can be and will be crazy. Remember your mind is always stronger than you think it is, keep a positive outlook and I'm sure the outcome will follow. As always, if you need any help we are always here for you at
