Jesus taught meditation to his disciples. He knew that there is a special form of communication to God not available through the five senses, instead true prayer is the expression of the soul.

It takes time to learn to meditate properly. When we sit still, we realize how murkey our mind really is. Upon getting clear, we are greeted with a light and feeling of job.

As Indian Swami Paramahansa Yogananda once said, "What joy awaites man just behind the portals of the mind."

That is the joy of ultimate communiion wit God. In sleep, energy goes within, but we are not conscious of it.

In meditation, energy also goes in, but we are conscious of it. NEVER DOUBT THAT GOD WILL COME TO YOU.

Choose a quiet place. Find a place that is seperate from the rest. This place must be the alter where you talk with God.

We can learn, however, to meditate anywere. Sometimes the environment for mediation cannot be what we want. We have to deal with nose or us being ill. Rise above it! Don't let circumstances get in the way between you and God!

Correct Posture

Sit on a straight back chair or on lotus position.
The Spine is errect.
Energy will come down the medulla. We want the energy to reverse from going out intot he world, to go up the spoine and light the charkras.
We look through the third eye, which is on the middle of the forehead.
Clea
your mind. If the mind wanders, realizing, don't feel guilty or frustrated about it, just clea
your mind again.
We want our energy to go out into the world, to go up the spoine and light the chakras.
Do not seek visions. Instead, seek God.
