Addiction can be compared to something of a disease. This is one of those queries about compulsion that is easier said than done to respond. There is a great deal public debate over the question of whether dependence is an illness, and we do not decide to turn out to be concerned in this discussion. On the other hand, it is our companionship’s combined knowledge and consideration that compulsion is, in fact, a sickness. We have no basis to confront that awareness now. It has dished up on us glowingly. nnOur practice with compulsion is that when we admit that it is an ailment over which we are helpless, such capitulate makes available a source for recuperation through the normal steps to stop addiction. nnThere are many people living in freedom from the compulsion of going back to the very addictions that have been troubling them for a long time and the belief that it is an addiction and that it can very well be treated is one of the things that has worked from the time that we have used this term. Now that this has come under a medical field, more and more is being done to ensure that there are better ways to deal with addiction.nnNow that we have the tools to fight it, we can then wage a war against the mental root of addiction and this brings us to the point of where it really comes from. Many people have had many misconceptions about addiction and its core, so this is really a tell all of where addiction really resides in the body.nnSo where does the addiction come from? The addiction actually comes in the mind and is rooted in the subconscious. How this happens is that when you are exposed to a narcotic or stimulant, you will expose your senses to the effects of the drug. Feeling good or complete when you take the substance is a feeling that gets entrenched in the subconscious, and this is the dangerous thing about addiction. nnOnce the subconscious translates that association into a need, that is when addiction sets in. What this means is that the ‘want’ becomes a need and the body then recognises the feelings that are aroused, the chemical reactions in the body when the substance is introduced as a part of the natural order of things. It mistakes, according to the subconscious, this as a sort of bodily function and that is how you get cravings. Once the cycle is complete and your mind tells you, through all sorts of physical and mental markers to take the next dose per se, then you are caught in addiction. You need to fight fire with fire and how you do this is by getting into the mind and taking the addiction away. You need to tell your subconscious and this is not something you need to do anymore to survive of sorts, and the withdrawal systems will slowly fade. With this, you will find yourself free and technology like autogenics, biofeedback and brainwave entrainment, will lead the way for you to reprogramme your subconscious and set yourself free.
