When you look into the mirror do you like what you see?
Do you look into your eyes and love the person
staring back enough to smile back?
Or is there a constant stream of criticism going through your mind?
How can you change the person you see in the mirror
into the ideal vision of the person you see in your mind?
Daily Mirror Work
* Look into your eyes and smile back
* Give yourself a hug or a thumbs up
Pay attention to what you are telling yourself
when you look in the mirror.
You may be critical of things you cannot change
such as the color of your skin or facial features.
But you can change how you feel about the
things you can not change.
First of all, acknowledge your uniqueness.
There is only one person on earth like you so
celebrate you by being the best you you can be.
Tips For Becoming Your Best:
1. Smile and tell yourself:
“I am getting better and better every day in every way.”
2. Accept your uniqueness and commit yourself
to becoming the best you you can be.
3. Give yourself a hug or a thumbs up as you look in the mirror while getting ready for the day.
*Write down what you like the most about you.
Each day write down what you can do today to become a better you.
*Celebrate yourself every day by acknowledging what is good about you.
*Before you go to bed each night, write down what you accomplished during the day.
*Write down a lesson you learned from the day.
If you feel you made a mistake today, write the mistake down and then write down how you can do better with the next opportunity.
*Write down something that made you happy today.
Celebrate you every day!
*When you look into the mirror, remember that you are looking at someone who is unique and born to be a blessing.
Before you can love others you must first love yourself.
You may have heard the saying:
“Love your neighbor”, but remember you are your neighbor too.
It does not matter what others see when they look at you, what matters most is how you see yourself.

“Weight-Train” Your Brain
I have a new cell phone. I didn’t want a new cell phone; I was perfectly happy with my 2020 cell phone, but it wasn’t happy with me. Its connector charging port was ailing. Failing, actually, the service tech told me. And besides, it was an old phone, what did I expect? Old? This to a woman who is more than content, read “thrilled,” to wear outdated fashions just because she likes them. And would willingly keep computers way past their supposed “shelf life.” Sigh. OK, fine,
