Enlarged prostate is the most common problem. It is so common that it has said, "All men have an enlarged prostate if they live long enough." Some estimates have put the reduction of up to 25%. Other herbs and supplements that can also be used with zinc are selenium, beta-sitosterol, Pygeum, and lycopene. Another positive change I made to keep my prostate was in great shape to make some changes to my diet.
