The new as seen on the Chef Basket is a piece of cookware that is taking America by storm. It can be used as a deep fry basket, a strainer or a colander. Just boil a pot of water, fill the basket with your noodles and immerse the whole thing down into the pot, it's that easy. One of the best features of this product is it's ability to fold down flat for easy storage in your kitchen cupboard. It is a very easy product to use. If you want to deep fry, just fill the basket with your food and slide it into a pot of hot oil, if boiling just use hot water or maybe even some broth. Use the stay-cool handles to remove your food from the pot when its done, then dangle it over the sink or other container to drain off the excess liquid. Forget about messing around with trying to dump a huge pot of boiling water into a colander! That can be a very dangerous procedure especially if you are dodging a kitchen full of kids, or dinner guests, or a clumsy husband like me. For just under $15 you can pick one of these up at the official website right now. If you spend mych time in the kitchen you will find yourself reaching for this item all the time as it is absolutely indespensible for so many things. The product is well made and durable enough to last many years if well cared for and cleaned properly. Just a quick brush with some hot soapy water will keep yours clean and ready for action at a moments notice. Included with this product is a little recipe guide but it's really not necessary. You can use this product for just about any recipe that requires boiling, steaming deep frying etc. With the volume of recipes available online there is really no need for cookbooks or recipe guides anymore. My Mother uses this wether she is frying up some of her favorite chicken or shrimp or making her secret family spaghetti recipe. She's from the great state of Texas where everything tastes better deep fried! A healthier meal can be made without deep frying, but it is nice to know you can have it both ways sometimes. You can use it for any of your favorite family recipes.
