Play far better golf. Isn’t that what every golfer thinks about 24/7? Golf may be probably the most humbling game you'll ever play…but we maintain coming back for a lot more. To play much better golf consistently you have to look at the source.rnDo you really believe it’s your equipment? Just how much dollars have you invested on new equipment only to see the same game show up on the course? No it’s not your equipment.rnHow about lessons? I am a firm believer in swing mechanics to play much better golf. In the event you do not have a clear understanding of them, you will never improve. But have you taken lessons only to get more frustrated with your game? What I mean is…you just took a lesson and you’re excited to go play. You get to the course and can’t “find your swing”. You’re thinking of too quite a few tips and turn into locked up on the course. So what’s left?rn1 guess? You’re searching correct at it. YOU! So that you can play far better golf your body has to have a reasonable level of strength, flexibility, endurance and ENERGY! You can’t get this hitting more balls; taking a lot more lessons; or buying a lot more equipment.rnYou attain this “off the course” through exercise. I know what you’re thinking…ugh.rnNo…wait…it doesn’t have to be that way.rnYou don’t require to get a gym membership. You don’t have to spend hours a day. You do not have to kill yourself. You just have to devise a plan that is efficient and tailored to YOUR needs.rnIn the event you really want to play greater golf…this is the only approach to attain it swiftly. rnHow several times have you walked off the course in disgust? You know you are able to do much better, but your body just won’t do what your brain wants it to do. I hear this all the time. The truth is, I’ve received hundreds of emails saying just that.rnMy answer is the same each time! To play better golf you’ve got to improve your range of motion particular to golf, too as your strength for all phases of the golf swing.rnProbably the most crucial aspect for improving distance is rotational strength and flexibility. The capability to rotate back to a full 90 degree shoulder turn; store up all that energy inside your core; and then unleash it throughout the downswing…crushing that ball.rnNow that’s a enjoyable game when that occurs. rnSo focus on improving your range of motion and strength from a rotational standpoint. That doesn’t take a gym or fancy equipment. All it takes is basic equipment like dumbbells (hand weights), an exercise ball and exercise tubing.rnWith this equipment you'll be able to literally break down the swing into multiple phases and do golf exercises for every phase. You won’t find many of these exercises inside the “so-called” golf fitness books within the store. All you’ll see is the golfer “sitting” in a machine in a gym. rnThat’s not fitness for golf; that’s “general fitness” Not altogether a poor factor, but won’t assist your game at all.rnI hope I’ve given you food for thought.rnThe ultimate goal is to “play far better golf!”
