Premature Ejaculation Exercises to Help You Last Longer During Sexr
Premature ejaculation is a common problem among men. It is also highly treatable, although many men do not do anything about it or they don't have a clue what they can do about it. This article covers some exercises to help you overcome premature ejaculation, as well as mistakes to be avoided when performing them.
Kegel Exercises
Kegel exercises are probably the most famous exercise for helping to improve sexual stamina. The nice thing about Kegel exercises is that they can be done discreetly and at any time, such as in front of the television, while sitting in a meeting or even while driving around town.
To perform Kegel exercises, the first step is to identify the pelvic floor muscles, and then you have to learn how to contract and relax these muscles.
To find and feel the pelvic muscle moving, wait until the next time you feel the need to urinate. When using the toilet, try to stop the flow of urine. This is the contraction of the pelvic floor muscles. You can stand in front of the mirror while unclothed and you will notice that your testicles will rise and your penis will get closer to your abdomen. When you release the need to hold in your urine, this is the relaxing of the pelvic floor muscles. To perform the Kegel exercises with regularity, contract the pelvic floor muscles for a few seconds and then relax for a few seconds and repeat this for up to 10 repetitions. Repeat the exercises three or four times a day. A few mistakes to avoid when performing Kegel exercises include:
*Don't overdo it
*Make sure you bladder is empty when practicing Kegel exercises
*Avoid holding your breath
Masturbate and Stop
The practice of masturbation is a good exercise for delaying orgasm. When using the “masturbate and stop” exercise, you should masterbate as you would normally and then stop just prior to reaching orgasm. At that point, you will relax and let your arousal come down a bit. Then when ready, repeat the process. The goal of the exercise is for you to train yourself to master your arousal and delay your orgasm.
Some mistakes to avoid with masturbate and stop include:
*Don't stop too late
*Don't forget to breathe
Slow Breathing
When masturbating or during sexual intercourse, both your heart rate and your breathing tend to increase. With this exercise, you practice maintaining focus and slow breathing. This will help lower your heart rate and the increased focus will help you delay ejaculation. Take full deep breaths and breath out slowly.
If you practice these exercises, rest assured that you will have more control over your orgasms and both you and your partner will enjoy longer and more satisfying sex.
