Propitious Mars Wasted

Can you imagine a very dutiful police inspector sleeping at his place of work, aka Police station? Imagine a helpless doctor not able to cure his patient. It has been transiting in Capricorn, its sign of exaltation, since 8th January 2011. Capricorn happens to be the sign of its exaltation which means planet mars is most comfortable in this sign and being here it bestows the natives all kinds of positivity and good luck. But since it has been exalted it has been eclipsed by Sun and this eclipse has rendered the Mars as combust. When a planet becomes combust it ceases to bestow it positive qualities to its native. Now Mars has a reputation of being a fierce and a dreadful planet, which means it is merciless to its natives. This unforgiving nature of Mars subsides when it transits in its own sign i.e. sign of Aries and Scorpio and this nature turns turtle when Mars transits the sign of Capricorn. Now when the planet Mars was to usher its positivity to the natives, it was engulfed and eclipsed by Sun. The frightfulness temperament of Mars thus continues even in the period when some goods were expected from it. Now the question is what this exalted deep combust Mars bestows to its natives.
