We’ve all been in that situation where you look in the mirror and see that when you turn sideways there are bulges in spots that there never used to be. So we convince ourselves that we can lose weight quickly with whichever fad diet is currently being advertised heavily on television. We sit down on the couch with a “diet” soda and a bag of chips searching the TV guide until the proper infomercial is found. After watching half an hour of the advertisement we call in, purchase the product, receive it in the mail and to our ultimate dismay, discover that no in fact it does not work. The reality of the situation hits us… The only way to lose weight quickly is to jump start your metabolism, which we knew from the beginning. This does not require the ingestion of any herbal supplements or other so-called metabolic changers. It’s all very simple really. Track your current caloric intake during an entire day, for a period of 1 week. In the midst of this record keeping, you may be shocked at the amount of calories you ingest in any given day. After you’ve completed the 1 week record, try to cut your calories in half for at least 2 weeks. You will be able to slowly add more calories back into your diet after the 2 week period. This will definitely give your metabolism a super boost. Add to this “diet”, half an hour to 1 full hour of exercise 4-5 times per week. You will be amazed at the results after just a couple of weeks. At some point, and each person is different, your body will become accustomed to the new calorie intake and normal exercise plan. So to continue maintaining the weight you’ve lost, you need to continually change your plan of attack. For instance if you’ve hit your plateau, try adding more protein to your meals. Also you could change your exercise plan by adding more cardio and less strength training. This is really the easiest way to lose weight quickly and keep it off.rnI don’t know about you, but the mere thought of going on yet another diet is enough to depress me. Starving yourself on rabbit food and going though the disappointment of dropping like 2 lbs after 3 weeks is hardly the way to get your “sexy” back. When I first heard of fasting to lose weight I was naturally skeptical. As someone whose done the detoxes and colon cleanses I just kinda blew it off as another FAD. However, when one of my readers Angie told me about her results I just had to try it…and as most of you know my results have been amazing. rnIntermittent fasting is a very simple concept and the program is based on an exhaustive study on fasting for weight loss. In a nutshell, this fasting plan increases the hormones responsible for burning fat. Unlike diets, there’s no “special” meal plans. You eat what you want and simply fast for very short periods. By creating calorie deficits you lose weight without any of the horrors of conventional diets. Although I lost more than 11 pounds in the first 2 weeks its not all that simple. At first the fasting was a bit of a challenge and it definitely takes a bit of getting used. Its NOT as easy as some people will sell it. However, if you consider the fact that I am losing weight quickly while still enjoying meals with my family and friends then its so worth it. Do I recommend you try it? Yes! Its working wonders for me and thousands of people are using this “secret” method for losing weight fast. This really is the easy way to lose fat without the shackles of a diet
