al factors in our life need to be at sync to function properly; there are many factors that influence us, such as our diet, our environment, the weather, the tide, the government, other people… We cannot control everything, but we can definitely control a few things that are important for chakra balancing.
A well functioning body requires a balanced diet and environment, people with positive energy around us. It is only when the outer and inner parts of ourselves are in harmony that we are able to find balance and happiness. It’s when the seven chakras are harmoniously balanced that we can perform the best and have a feeling of wellbeing. This means that we can lead a happier life and perform our tasks better and more effectively. After all, chakra balancing is not only about physical health, but also about mental and spiritual wellness as well.
The seven major chakras need to be aligned and cared for. Here are a few ways you can achieve this goal.
The first thing you need to do is maintain a healthy diet; you can do so by removing negative energy from your body, choosing positive energy foods. You need to eat more fresh foods, reducing the quantities of processed or dead food from your daily diet. Organic food, vegetables and fruits should be the base of your diet, along with ionized and purified water which you need to drink in abundance.
The second thing you need to do is remove negative energy from your thoughts; most people today tend to think and talk negatively to other people, or even to themselves. This way we only absorb negativity, making our body and soul feel ill. You need to start changing these feelings and thoughts, replacing them with more laid back and positive ones, trying to act positively as well. When you notice that a negative idea comes to your mind, write it down and then try to think its positive respective one. As you will be doing so, you will notice that positive thoughts and actions will be coming to you more spontaneously, because you will “teach” yourself to think this way.
Moreover, you need to remove all kinds of negative sources from your life. This means that you need to avoid violence in any form, such as violent videos, and entertainment programs that promote violence. If some people of your environment speak and act negatively, you should avoid them. If you manage to feel confident and balanced enough, you can actually try to help them, but until you manage to reach this point, you cannot do much for them.
You need to be able to remove negative and stressor factors from your life, making room for positive actions, thoughts and energy that will allow you help other people as well. If that means that you can help your community or the environment, do so. If you feel that you need to take up a relaxing hobby that allows you some time to reflect, this is what you need to do.
