The basic areas of a business include finance, marketing, human resources, strategies, production, operation, servicing, and information technology. All of these areas are important to give the business a good start. Management of funds is probably the most important aspect of the business. All money must be allocated in such a way that nothing will be wasted. The main goal of a business’s financial management is to budget the capital and minimize unnecessary spending. The marketing department makes sure that the business will produce big profits by ensuring the business is established in a healthy market and the product or service is highly marketable. On the other hand, the business has to be operated by highly skilled workers. The human resource management is responsible for building a team of professionals and adept sub-professionals that can function according to plan. In the new era of business, human resource relies on maintenance recruitment to reduce the time consumed for hiring, yet they produce the best employees this is a common strategy formulated by strategic management. Production and operation management both depend on the kind of employees produced by the human resource management engaging in maintenance recruitment. The efficiency of production is completely based on the performance of the workers in a given period of time. The ratio of production per unit of output is assessed by these departments to determine production efficiency. Lastly, service and information technology managements play the role of providing avenue for facilitated profit generation. The service management works on the supply of the products to clients, while the IT management makes communication and transactions easy using a by developing an easy to use computerized system.
