Less thoughts we have mind is clam. It is better to have peaceful mind. Mind with fewer thoughts is clam and cool. More thoughts you have chances of stress increases. nnStress and BreathingnnHow to have fewer thoughts? Can we control our thoughts? nnYes we can control our thoughts. Mind without thought is ultimate bliss and it is not issue here. We are concern with fewer and less thoughts. We want clam mind and less chances for stress. nnBreathing is the only way we will clam our mind. We can control our mind with breathing. You observe your breath and you will be feeling your breath only and not thinking anything for that moment. nnOur breathing effects stressnnFirst let us know breathing. I say you do not know how to breathe. nnYou are thinking now.n nThis fellow is crazy. Since birth I am breathing and he says I do not know how to breathe. nnYou are right we all breathe since birth. It is vital source for living. Without breath we will not survive. It is natural. It is almighty's design and we take it for granted. We are never serious about it.nnIn fact we are never serious about two basic life sources. One is this breathing and second is thinking.nnWe consider them natural. We never think them as skills.nnThink of various other activities. Speaking, reading, listening, writing and list are long. All these are not basic life giving force and still we are conscious about them. You might have put efforts to gain such skills. We consider them skills. We spend lot of money to sharpen such skills.nnBreathingnnNow think about our breathing. Does any school or college teach us how to breathe? Do our parents teach us how to breathe? nnMost of us do breathing which is shallow breathing. nnCheck your breathing right now. Take a breathe and feel where it reaches. Your chest must be expanding. Put your palm on stomach it must be expanding also. You should feel your breath reaches chest or stomach. It is good if it reaches stomach. Normally it reaches chest. This is chest breathing. nnWe all know what breathe does for body. It clean our lungs and give vital oxygen and take out carbon dioxide out from lungs. We also know that lungs are having carbon dioxide and it has to be cleaned and breathing is only cleaner available to us. nnNow what is happening in our normal breathing? We breathe chest breathing so our lung's air up to chest is cleaned and air below chest is as it is. Means air below chest in our lung is always have carbon dioxide and never get oxygen with such chest breathing. In other words we only use our lungs 50% capacity.nnWhat to do?nnWe must use our lungs properly. The only way to do this is deep breathing. Even if you deepen your breathe by 10% you will increase your lung capacity and you get more oxygen which is vital. Do some deep breathing and feel your self how refreshing it is. Do it for five to ten minutes and you will be energized. nnDo it now. Observe your breath. Take your attention to tip of your nose and observe your breath. You feel breath through nostril to head to spine to abdomen to base of spinal cord and back out of nostril. nnTry to do this. If you observe breathe path then thinking will slow down, you will feel only breathe. This will clam down your mind. It is really good. You do it for only 10-11 breath and feel the peace of mind. nnDo This ExercisennStress is more a reaction so it is very important we control such reactions. Through proper breathing we will be better equipped for that. nnLet us do breathing process.nnSimple you don nInhale and exhale nInhale deep and exhale deepnWhile inhaling count mentally 1 to 4-6 slowlynWhile exhaling count mentally 1 to 8-10 slowlynnDo ten cycles. You can count by fingers it will be easy.nnAdd auto suggestionnTell mentally while inhaling 'I am healthy and happy'nTell mentally while exhaling 'I am always stress free'nnThis is simplest of deep breathing you can do. You can do yoga where you will learn more on breathing.nnHow breathe effect stress?nnStress is basically imbalance. Imbalances at emotional levels are to be dealt properly. nDeep breathing you now know.
