Where to begin? There is so much happening in the world. No one needs reminding of that at this point. It's impossible to avoid, not that you need to, but in terms of your spirit and the management of YOUR energy, it is important to know your limits. Here's what I see: a lot of people are tired, sad, confused and running on fumes, spiritually and physically. The thing, though, is that this time more than ever before it's SO important to care for yourself and continue to make this a priority. Through the foods you eat, the purified water that you drink, the physical movement you give your body and the management of your inner, spiritual, energetic space you can manage no matter how much life and the world through out curve balls of change.

When you stop taking care of yourself you get bogged down energetically, and this leads to the symptoms I'm seeing in peoples faces and carried on their bodies. Things start to drag and, if you're taking on too much of what's going on in the world these days, you can literally feel like you've got the weight of the world on your shoulders. The body speaks, it gives off signals, and you get the achy back, still neck and shoulders and maybe a headache. Your spirit speaks, subtly, and if you don't listen, things stop flowing so well in your life and it becomes harder to manifest life the way you want it. All of these are energetic symptoms of overload, which are trying to tell you that it's time to take a break, unwind, dump the stress and care for yourself emotionally, spiritually and physically.
